At April May Shine, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom products to each of our clients. To ensure that we can focus our time and resources on projects that are truly valuable to our customers, full payment is required upfront for all custom orders, including design work.
This policy has been put in place to prevent any disruptions caused by uncompleted transactions and to allow us to better serve our paying clients. Once payment is received, we will begin working on your custom design, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results within the agreed timeframe.

Who we are:
April Harvey: Owner, big dreamer, web designer, digital creator, overthinker, introvert, social media (wifey, yin.) Also a stressed out railroad wife trying to keep the household together, iykyk, railroad families are a bit crazy, you have to be to survive it!
Curtis Harvey: Management, light burn guru, head of laser fabrication, mechanic, networking, workaholic, and my best friend (hubby and support system, yang.) Also a very grumpy overworked railroad engineer ready to retire!
Cinder: Emotional support, PEO, snack stealer, (Actual Boss.)
We are an artistically creative studio that loves to learn, collaborate, and design as a team. Both of us have extensive design backgrounds, his is CNC fabrication with Auto CAD (or the technical precision facet,) while I come from digital photo, graphic design, and visual communications. This was a natural pivot in career choice for both of us. We yearn to create.
We believe that loyal clients begin with open communication and that good relationships come from collaboration. We’re excited to start a visual dialogue, learn about you, and make something beautiful together.
Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE shipping via priority mail USPS or UPS in the USA only. Please note that orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, depending on our current workload.
At April May Shine, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide you with exceptional service. While we do not offer returns on our products, (items being custom-made and cut to order,) we want to assure you that if an item arrives damaged or broken (we understand that carrier issues can happen,) we will promptly provide you instructions via email and cover the costs to exchange it, no questions asked.
All shipping is provided USPS Priority Mail UPS ground, or USPS ground, that includes insurance and tracking.
For other issues, we handle each case individually and strive to resolve them with your satisfaction in mind. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, ensuring minimal hassle. We accept CC, debit (via Stripe, a very safely encrypted, well-known, and widely used third-party payment processor,) and PayPal for your convenience.
We strive to give your order 3-5 business days TAT. We cannot guarantee shipping times or arrival times to your door.
